The Commission office will be closed on Friday, June 12, 2026 while staff attend a conference. Staff can be reached via voicemail or email. To view the staff directory, click HERE. Staff will return to the office on Monday, June 15.
If you have completed your CPE course(s) and renewed your licence(s) for 2026, you can disregard the rest of this message.
CPE Deadline is June 15
There are still approximately 500 licensees who have not completed their required CPE course(s). The deadline is 11:59pm on Monday, June 15, 2026.
All licensees must complete the Professionalism Sells CPE course. Broker-level licensees (associate brokers, managing associate brokers, and brokers) must also complete a second CPE course: Keeping It on the Rails. All required CPE course(s) must be completed by 11:59pm on June 15, 2026. For more information on CPE, click HERE.
Don’t Wait Until The Last Minute
While licensees have until 11:59pm on Monday, those who wait until the final hours assume the risk of any technical issues, internet outages, forgotten passwords, or other access problems that may prevent completion before the deadline. Support cannot be guaranteed late on the deadline day. Complete your CPE as soon as possible.
If You Fail To Complete Your CPE Course(s) Before the Deadline
Your licence will be immediately suspended at 12am on July 1, after which you must immediately stop trading and remove all advertising.
Your name will be distributed in the Commission news bulletin and published on the Commission’s website, identifying that your licence has been terminated.
CPE courses will be unavailable from June 16 to July 14, 2026. If you do not complete your required course(s) before the deadline, you will be unable to reinstate your licence until at least July 14, as the required course(s) will not be available during that period, unless you pay for and obtain a licence extension.
Licence Renewal Deadline is June 30
There are still approximately 900 licensees who must renew their licence. The deadline is 11:59pm on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
All licensees must renew their licence(s) by the deadline, no exemptions. Renewals are online via the Commission’s Licensee Portal.
